Frequently asked questions
Am I locked into a contract?
No. All standard tiers are month-to-month and you cancel from your billing portal. Annual paid-in-full is available on Elite and Dominator.
What does exclusive mean?
On a Dominator exclusive ZIP, no other contractor at any tier can claim it. Every homeowner request from that ZIP routes to you only.
What if a lead has a bad phone number?
Homeowners verify by SMS before routing. If an unreachable number gets through, the lead is replaced.
